Store Rental Refunds

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

    • The store was not available at the agreed-upon start of the rental period.
    • The store was significantly different from its description in the listing.
    • The trader cancels the rental agreement before the rental period begins.
  • Requesting a Refund: If you believe you qualify for a refund, please submit a request within [X] days of the issue. Include detailed information and any relevant documentation to support your claim.

  • Refund Processing: Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it to determine eligibility. Approved refunds will be processed within [Y] business days and issued to the original payment method.

Service
